PACE made a return trip to Case Western Reserve University for the 2003 PACE NSC, which saw Paul M. Dorman (12-0) defeat Thomas Jefferson High School for Science and Technology A (10-2) in the championship final.
Dorman was victorious over Paul Laurence Dunbar (10-2) in one semifinal while Thomas Jefferson A defeated Detroit Catholic Central (10-2) in the other semifinal.
Thomas Jefferson B (6-3) topped Hartland (6-4) by a 310-265 margin to win the consolation bracket. State College B (5-4) was a 245-125 winner over St. Ignatius B (1-8) in the third place game. In the consolation semifinals, Thomas Jefferson B won 315-205 over State College B while Hartland vanquished St. Ignatius B 355-135.
